Icecream is our favorite guilt-free treat. Try making this healthy and delicious Blueberry Ice Cream with a Hurom Slow Juicer, or using a blender.
Blueberry Ice Cream with a Hurom Slow Juicer
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Yogurt
- 2 Cups of Blueberries
- A tsp of honey (optional)
Steps:
- Fill an ice cube tray with yogurt and blueberries.
- Freeze the ingredients in the ice cube tray overnight or for 6-8 hours.
- Assemble a Hurom Slow Juicer with an ice cream strainer.
- Add all prepared ingredients to the juicer and extract.
- Serve while cold. Enjoy!
Blueberry Ice Cream with the Hurom High Speed Blender
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Yogurt
- 2 Cups of Blueberries
- A little bit of Honey (optional with taste)
Steps:
- In a Hurom Hexa Blade High Speed Blender, add all prepared ingredients to the blender, and blend using the "Smoothie" auto-setting.
- When the texture is smooth (or when the Smoothie setting has ended), transfer the blended content into an empty container.
- Freeze the blended mixture overnight or for 6-8 hours.
- Serve while cold. Enjoy!
